We are in contact with a Secondary SEN School based in Fulham which specialises in students with SEMH needs of various degrees. The school are looking for an individual who is very passionate and committed to supporting students in key stage 3 and 4 with severe SEMH and trauma.

SEMH Support Assistant | Job Summary
• Work 1:1 and in groups with teenagers in key stage 3 and 4
• Provide support to teenagers with trauma and social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Have a very positive approach in communicating with the students, improve their self-esteem and confidence
• Work alongside counsellors, social workers, and occupational therapists
• Full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm
• Earn up to £500 per week on PAYE basis
SEMH Support Assistant | About You
• Graduated with minimum 2:1 from a Top 30 UK University
• Have child-centred experience, preferably experience supporting vulnerable teenagers or children with SEMH
• You have a positive and uplifting personality
• You are patient, caring and compassionate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
