This is a team leader role so will have some managerial duties alongside this being a hands on role. Will be a small team of 3 direct reports to start and will be responsible for managing the workload of the team. The work will include installations, upgrades and breakdowns/maintenance.
In this role you will be working with a company which is renowned across both the automotive and motorsport community for developing some of the most extreme and capable engines ever fit to something with 4 wheels! With a raft of long-term projects on the books, this is proving to be an especially busy time for this company, hence the need for this new position!
So… what would you be doing in this role?
With the extreme nature of the engines this company are producing, the rigorous testing that needs to be undertaken is ever increasing, there your part to play in this will be facilitating the testing requirements for either Dynamometers or Testing rigs before the engines are subjected to testing.
As well as the hardware side, you will also be calibrating their software, and if you have experience either using AVL Puma or CADET CP this would be an advantage! The role will suit someone with a strong electrical background.
This is a days position, no shift.
