* Support operations with identifying bottlenecks in operational workflows.
* Utilise statistical methods and data analysis tools to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within operational data, including performance metrics and KPIs.
* Build sensitivity analysis, propensity and predictability modelling to test various scenarios to optimise decision making.
* Identify best data sources and systems, to drive insight and next best action.
* Ensure quality assurance and adequate peer review to protect integrity of our data and analysis.
* Work with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
* Support the Operations team in developing streamlined access to reports.
* Help maintain and optimise strategic reporting (Excel & PowerBI - front end).
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Analysis / Data Management / Insights.
* Exceptional Excel and reporting skills with high attention to detail and presentation.
* Proficient experience with SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Databricks).
* High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel with large data sets.
* Experience in process improvement and implementation.
* Experience working within a marketing/business intelligence environment.
* Experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
* Experience of hands-on attribution modelling and building forecast models.
* Experience with / understanding of data science and statistical methodologies (Bonus).
