Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor Oversee and manage classroom activities in the absence of teaching staff. Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain focused and on task. Support students with their learning and address any questions. Uphold the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies. Assist with additional school duties, including administrative tasks and participation in extracurricular activities. What We’re Looking For Individuals with a degree or those currently studying towards one. Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).
