The Project Manager will play a pivotal role within the Building Berkshire Together (BBT) Programme Team, holding professional accountability for the successful delivery of a diverse range of complex and high-impact projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards, while managing risks and aligning with the strategic objectives of the programme. Person Specification Education Essential: Formal project management qualification (e.g., APM, MSP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma & Prince2 or equivalent) or equivalent experience Desirable:Educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience Experience Essential: Extensive experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering complex project. Facilitating and coordinating within a team of at Least 5 people on projects Desirable: Experience working within the NHS, healthcare, or other public sector environments. Familiarity with NHS-specific policies & procedures, in the context of new hospital developments or infrastructure projects.
