Junior Estimator required for our client, working on solar and renewable energy projects. The role will involve providing quotations and costs and advising on the most appropriate products / solutions.
You will be based in Horton Kirby, Kent and office based. Due to the location, having your own transport is desirable.
Job Overview
* Manage a central sales mailbox and provide costs and quotes to project managers, engineers and clients.
* Be a main point of contact for sales calls.
* Assist with presenting estimates to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
* Assist the wider sales team in any administrative duties.
* Assist the experienced estimators in preparing accurate and timely cost estimates.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience within an Estimator role.
* Experience within the Renewable/Solar/Electrical field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, team members and stakeholders.
* Good telephone and communication skills.
* Organisational and administration skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
Monday to Friday Office based. Some flexibility on start time
