Temporary Finance Officer Hourly Rate: £13 - £17 per hour Location: Enfield Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Finance Officer with a strong background in school finance management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in carrying out BACS payments and have experience with finance software, specifically Arbor Finance and RM Finance. This is a full-time temporary position Day-to-day of the role: Processing financial transactions including BACS payments efficiently and accurately. Managing school financial accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Utilising Arbor Finance software, and RM Finance, to maintain financial records. Collaborating with the school administration to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning. Preparing financial reports and statements for review by school management. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of financial records. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a finance role within an educational setting. Familiarity with school finance software, particularly Arbor Finance and RM Finance. Strong understanding of financial processes and BACS payment systems. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organisational and time-management skills.
