Retail Store Manager - 40 hours/week - Runcorn
Location: Runcorn
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: 40hrs per week to include some weekends & Bank Holidays

What you’ll do
1. Lead, motivate, coach and develop a store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and exceed store performance targets.
2. Approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customers' needs.
3. Management of the Store and staff.
4. Make operational decisions for the store.
5. Coach, develop and support the team.
6. Be accountable for ensuring the store acts within the guidelines of the FCA.
7. Conduct performance reviews.
8. Be personally accountable for the performance of the store.
9. Keep up to date and share market-leading insights.
10. Bring the customer experience to the forefront of every decision.

1. Confident in performance management and coaching of the existing and new members of the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet targets.
2. A role model for delivering consistently brilliant customer experience and sales performance.
3. Provide feedback to management on how to improve customer experience.
4. Understand Vodafone and competitors’ products and services.
5. Conform to company policy and guidelines for running the store.
6. Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision.
