We are looking for someone to join our Learning and Organisational Development Team in a project support role that also includes the opportunity to get involved with the design and delivery of training, including use of technology in learning. This role will be fundamental in the systemwide roll out of delivery of autism and learning disability training, as well as offering an opportunity to get involved with other training and development projects.
This role would suit someone with keen attention to detail and process, balanced with a flexible and naturally curious and creative approach. A good candidate will have strong administration and/or project support background, and they will be able to contribute to the development of blended learning programmes including review of effectiveness in meeting staff needs, and reporting on training activity.

• To provide daily administrative management and troubleshooting of queries relating to assigned projects, including relating to digital learning content and training data.
• To provide project support to Learning and Development Manager including convening stakeholder meetings and other collaboration, set up and maintenance of project documentation and coordinating production of project reports
• To create and maintain complete records and documentation in relation to the assigned projects.
• To co-ordinate research and development to support the projects.
• To coordinate monitoring of project risks and achievement of milestones
• To manage and track invoicing and payments, including maintenance of relevant documentation
• To communicate complex training requirements to a wide range of staff with varying IT knowledge.
• To train nominated Trust staff, where necessary, on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• To manage and prioritise workloads, use own initiative and work without direct supervision although under the guidance of Learning and Development Manager
• To deliver learning content developments in a timely manner, prioritising work appropriately and using project management tools to help achieve this.
• To participate in and contribute to departmental projects as required, evaluating risks to new solution implementation.
• To maintain data quality and integrity of training records held within Learning Management Systems.
• To recognise expertise as a resource within and outside the Trust.
• To act as an OMMT champion and create champions within the system to increase take up.
• To plan and manage own complex workload where work is unpredictable.
• To develop and maintain virtual learning environments to support programmes and courses.
• Produce, develop, and promote user guides and support material to enable learners to make best use of all the learning resources available.
• Contribute to maintenance of materials associated with CPFT Academy online presence, to ensure they are kept updated in line with changes to the software and/or business processes.
• Participate in the production or review of reports, procedures, policies, guidelines, and other documentation as required.
• Analysis and maintenance tasks related to high quality record keeping.
