Based in the Cardiff office, the team is responsible for managing energy contracts, handling change of tenancies, maintaining data integrity, and supporting supplier and client relationships. The Operations Team, a key part of this group, ensures smooth back-office processes by updating systems like Optima and collaborating across departments.
