I am seeking a dedicated and ambitious Export Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to join the team of a repeat client in Feltham. Working closely with the Capital machine team, the successful candidate will join the export aftermarket sales team and will have a strong desire and passion to increase their product knowledge within the export industry. This is a Monday-Friday role, working 36.25 hours a week with flexi working hours, an and excellent opportunity for someone who would like to start or continue their career within export sales. My client if offering a fantastic benefits package inclusive of: Initial package: £25,200 (made up of basic salary 10% bonus cost of living allowance) Minimum on target earnings of £27,150 Plus a further annual bonus payout AND uncapped commission Flexi working hours (core hours 10am-4pm) 22 days holiday plus all bank holidays – increases to 25 days with service 3 additional days off between Christmas and New Year Fantastic company pension scheme Cycle to work scheme Excellent progression opportunities On-going sponsored/paid-for training On-site parking Subsidised canteen Main Duties: Efficiently process customer, agent, and distributor export quotes, orders, and enquiries. Promote spares and various services, focusing on add-ons and upselling opportunities. Provide support in coordinating and following up on proactive sales campaigns. Manage administrative systems to ISO 9001/2000 (QMS) standards. Identify prospects for Spares & Service sales and pass relevant information to the machine sales team. Negotiate directly with customers. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of export procedures. Product knowledge or desire to learn the products in depth (filtration/separation equipment ideally, or similar machinery). Confident in selling the product with the ability to negotiate and produce accurate and timely quotations. Multi-lingual (ideal but not essential). Good computer skills (CRM & MS Office products). Ability to read/interpret CAD drawings.
