Join an experienced team in a leading aerospace company focused on excellence and innovation. We are looking for a skilled CMM Programmer who is passionate about precision, and driven to ensure the highest quality in aerospace components.
What You'll Do:
As the new CMM Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in programming, setting up, and running CMM's to inspect aerospace components to the finest tolerances. You'll collaborate closely with quality control and production teams, helping us deliver products that consistently meet or exceed customers' high standards.
Responsibilities:
Program & Operate CMMs: Develop and optimise CMM programs using MCOSMOS software for part inspection and validation.
Ensure Accuracy: Perform detailed inspections on precision parts, ensuring conformity to customer specifications.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with production and engineering teams to solve complex quality issues and optimise inspection processes.
Improve Efficiency: Continuously refine inspection processes to enhance accuracy, reduce cycle time, and support our commitment to lean manufacturing.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in CMM Programming. Whilst M-COSMOS software if preferable, training will be provided if you have experience on other software's.
In-depth Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and experience with aerospace specifications.
