The Community Respiratory/Pulmonary Rehab service is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated full-time Administrator to work in our Huntingdon Admin Hub based at Kingfisher House. The role is a permanent contract working hours per week.
The Respiratory Service exists to deliver high quality care for adult patients with chronic respiratory conditions.
The successful candidate will be providing administration support to a countywide service covering Cambridge, Huntingdon, Fenland and Peterborough, liaising with clinicians and service users to ensure an effective, efficient, and streamlined service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual who is passionate to achieve, develop and progress their career and to really make a difference to our patients and service.
Main duties of the job
1. Processing & managing all incoming referrals.
2. Manage the service email accounts.
3. Provide administration support to manage the service waiting lists, caseloads & patient’s pathway.
4. Action clinic & appointment changes as required.
5. Keeping up to date records on internal & external systems.
6. Creating & sending service correspondence via post & email to patients & external third-party organisations.
7. To be the first point of contact for patients.
8. Provide the service general administration, project & business administration support.
9. Arrange & provide administration support for service governance meetings.
10. Additional & adhoc tasks as required & directed by Senior Administrators, Admin & Clinical Leads.
