The Role
To work with the HR Manager to provide a high quality, customer focussed HR service, ensuring staff and managers are provided with key guidance and support on HR processes and procedures. This role will have a specific focus on embedding the new HR Management system (MHR – People First).
On Offer
This role has a competitive salary banding of £39,072 - £42,903, EVH Grade 7 (PA22 – PA25). April salary award pending. In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
