About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Management Specialist to join a supportive secondary school in Whitehaven & Workington. In this role, you will work closely with staff to implement effective behaviour management strategies, support students in overcoming behavioural challenges, and contribute to creating a positive and safe school environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students develop positive behaviours and a strong commitment to ensuring all students can achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and manage behaviour strategies to support students across all year groups.
2. Work closely with teachers to provide support for students displaying challenging behaviour.
3. Offer individual and group interventions to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
