Key Responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the Principal to lead and inspire staff, ensuring exceptional teaching and learning.
* Supporting the development and implementation of school-wide policies and initiatives.
* Fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes both academic achievement and the personal well-being of every pupil.
* Overseeing aspects of pupil behaviour ensuring all children feel safe, valued and supported.
* Collaborating with other schools in our Trust to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
