We are recruiting for a Dispatch - Goods in/out - Supervisor to join our team in Witham.
This role will be Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Stock control
* Receipting goods in, checking quantity/allocating to location and job or house stock.
* Working with Operations Admin – weekly stock takes.
* Centralised stock control – working with operators to ensure they have what they need.
* Housekeeping – HSE conscious, support and sustain lean initiatives.
1. Goods out
* Final set of eyes before the packages leave the site – has it met the job packing spec & meet our internal QA standards.
* Is it the most cost-effective way to deliver this project?
* On Time Delivery – achieve the weekly target of 98%.
* Build strong relationships with couriers.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Ability to communicate with staff, clients, and at all levels.
* Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Work under pressure and be able to determine and organise priorities.
* FLT Counterbalance preferable.
