£24,500 - £26,500 per annum

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for supporting training and customer success? We are recruiting for a Customer Success Administrator to join a dynamic Training team within an established organisation.
This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to be a key part of a growing team, ensuring smooth project coordination and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Support all aspects of project coordination, from setting up new projects to closing off completed work.
Collect and collate feedback from stakeholders.
Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and internal processes.
Maintain accurate records in systems and databases, including evaluation data and confidential Equalities data.
Manage enquiries and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
Coordinate printing and binding of materials, liaising with external suppliers when needed. Accreditation & Certification
Administer the accreditation process for training courses, including learner registrations and certifications.
Manage post-course submissions, allocate assessors, and track assessment progress.
Process course attendance certificates and external accreditation documentation. Compliance & General Administration
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry compliance standards.
Support internal teams in maintaining compliance and data security.
Undertake additional duties as required to support the team. What We're Looking For
Previous experience in business support administration.
CRM experience (such as Salesforce) preferred but not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Confident and professional when engaging with stakeholders at all levels. What’s in It for You?
