Join the team at our successful Weldmar’s charity shop in Lodmoor (Weymouth) as a part-time Deputy Shop Manager.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly and confident, because everyone who comes through the door, whether it’s to shop or donate goods, should have a positive experience so that they’ll make Weldmar their charity shop of choice in future.
No two days are the same in our shops and you’ll have the ability to prioritise a range of tasks, be a great team player. You would need to be flexible and willing to take a hands on approach with all tasks, leading by example. As part of the management team, you’ll also be expected to undertake financial and administrative tasks, and lead and motivate staff and volunteers.
You might want the opportunity to develop your existing retail or customer service supervisory experience, or just be looking to put your experience to good use in a popular local charity shop. You may be asked to work flexibly to cover annual leave and sickness at other times.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check is not required for this role.

£9,490 for 14 hours per week
Hours:
14 hours per week over 2 days (flexible working pattern)
