About the team:
The Immigration Programme Management team looks after client accounts on both a regional and global scale, acting as a single point-of-contact between the client and the practice teams. The team has overall responsibility for building and maintaining successful client relationships, as well as ensuring compliance with client SLAs and quality of services. The team is characterised by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and a holistic approach to immigration program design and consultancy.

About the role:
The Immigration Programme Analyst will support the wider team of IPM’s with multi-jurisdictional client enquiries and projects. The Analyst will also be responsible for providing support to the firm’s clients that are part of the YourIPMTeam programme.
Following the successful launch of a similar program in the U.S., the EMEA IPM team is now piloting a program that centrally manages some of our team’s smaller clients, known as the YourIPMTeam, where we would hope to be able to accelerate growth through good service. This is an exciting opportunity to get exposure to what the IPM team does and grow into client facing work.
1. Taking a key role in working directly with YourIPMTeam clients and Fragomen case teams to resolve queries that include: Billing an accounts receivable issuesIncomplete initiationsProtocol inquiriesEscalation support in conjunction with more senior IPM team membersWork eligibility assessmentsOut of scope fee approvalsMSA inquiries in conjunction with more senior IPM team membersSingle and multijurisdictional inquiriesProvision of gratis Global Knowledge materialConnect Access and trouble shooting
2. Using ServiceNow ticketing system to manage workload and report to more senior team members on client activity

3. Monitors client specific drop boxes (e.g. initiations and central emails)
4. Utilises Fragomen Connect, including liaising with caseworkers globally to ensure Fragomen Connect is up-to-date
5. Generates and manages reports for case teams and clients
6. Prepares Word documents and creates excel spreadsheets
7. Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed
8. Generates clear, well-organized written work-product internally and externally
9. Takes on additional projects as required
10. Follows firm procedures with respect to file maintenance, record keeping and use of case management system

Fragomen in Sheffield:
Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
