Reporting into the HR Business Partner on site in Bristol, you will provide generalist HR support to the business, advising on policies, procedures, and best practice. You will support a blue collar distribution and production headcount across four sites and will act as a key driver for employee relations activities.
This is a fast paced and integral role where you will be accountable for various tasks that include but will not be limited to:
* Coordinating and advising on sickness absence management and occupational health.
* Advising on all matters relating to employee relations
* Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
* Participate in annual performance review process.
* Promoting values, engagement and wellbeing activities.
