What skills and experience we're looking for
• To lead on repairs, maintenance and project delivery across the Trust. Working with the Head of Estates and Headteachers, to support with project planning and delivery, in order to improve the environment for students, staff and other organisations who use the facilities, during the school day and at other times.
• To support the Premises/Cleaning teams within schools, overseeing maintenance, security and facilities management at the school.
• Working across all schools within the Trust, the post holder will ensure that the schools remain complaint with legislation, external and internal regulations, policies and procedures.
• Support the Head of Estates to ensure schools meet stated aims in the key areas of estates and facilities management, risk management and risk assessments.
• To ensure the school is compliant with health and safety requirements forthe premises including maintaining accurate records and risk assessments.
• To promote safety and wellbeing of students to all stakeholders.
