To undertake a number of general administrative duties including:
• Attend at public counter, deal with telephone queries and assist with duties as allocated by supervisors and to deliver a high quality service to all customers in line with the Courts Charter.
• Deal with correspondence/enquires from justice partners and solicitors
• Deal with other incoming mail as appropriate by post, DX, email or on the ICMS portal
• Processing and deal with incoming emails which comprises of writs, summonses, summary applications, adoptions, divorce applications, commissary enquiries and other civil documents
• Creating and updating records on our in-house computer systems and data input
• Processing fines payments and accounting for monies in accordance with financial guidelines
• Producing court documents
• Preparing files for court hearings
• General photocopying and filing
• Providing reception counter service to answer general queries regarding civil, criminal and fines matters
• Deal with jury enquiries and excusals
• Complies with GDPR requirements in regards to confidentiality
• Undertake other duties as required
