Assistant Productivity Coordinator (Band 3)
The Productivity Team is looking to recruit a full-time Band 3 Assistant Productivity Coordinator to join a busy and dynamic team at Croydon University Hospital.
The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to productivity, which will include managing and tracking patient pathways. The role will be varied and challenging, and the post holder will need to manage a busy workload.
The post holder will have a degree of autonomy to ensure that deadlines are met, and a proactive approach is needed for the day-to-day management of patient pathways, ensuring NHS waiting time standards are met. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Successful candidates will have previous administrative experience in an NHS organization and demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel. Any experience of using hospital systems (e.g., Cerner/EMIS/ERS) is highly desirable.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to productivity, which will include managing and tracking patient pathways. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will provide expertise in the proactive management of the SWL (South West London) Elective Collaboration. They will manage the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed smoothly. The post holder will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer-focused, and knowledgeable point of contact. The post holder will provide a consistent approach across the trust, using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that functions of the role are carried out correctly within given timescales.

Experience
