Private Client Legal Assistant £28k - £30k DOE St Albans, Hertfordshire A multi-service law firm based in Hertfordshire, is looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Assistant to join their team and provide a fully effective service to clients by progressing client files and provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Team Leader and to others within the Private Client Department when required. Responsibilities: Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney and deal with the administration of Estates and Trusts. Maintain control of an allocated caseload. Bill all matters promptly and accurately. Opening and closing client files in accordance with standard procedures Organise internal and external meetings Undertake typing duties for fee earners Collect all outstanding costs and disbursements from clients Plus, loads more Skills required: Experience of working within a Private Client Department of a Law Firm. Knowledge, experience and passion for private client law. Organised and can follow instructions given. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
