We currently hold more than 550 patents worldwide, and roughly 44% of them are related to sustainability and clean technology About the role: SPX flow at Manchester, United Kingdom is looking for Aftermarket Customer Service Specialist with German language As an Aftermarket Customer Service Associate, you will be a significant part of our Aftermarket Mixers growth, working in global and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver mixer projects for all industries across the Americas and beyond. Responsible for ensuring orders are entered in a timely manner, proactive communication with representatives and customers, and receipt of best-in-class customer service to the customer. This role will be integral in reducing our total time to deliver (TTD) with a target that meets or exceeds customer expectations. This role will collaborate heavily with front end teams (i.e. Commercial Sales, Channel Partners, Application and Order Engineers) as well as Operations (i.e. planning, purchasing, etc.) to ensure agitator components and assemblies arrive to customers and affiliates around the Globe in spec, on time, and in full (ISOTIF). About your responsibilities at SPX Flow Ensures that Aftermarket orders are being processed efficiently focusing on reducing the TTD (time-to-deliver) as compared to the existing established benchmark(s). Order Entry twice daily and assessing any blocks that might hold up progress on an order. Processes C4C incoming customer communications on a daily basis and maintain a 24 hours response time. Assigned to breakdown service and rapid response orders to ensure we deliver aligned with organization commitments to customer. You will work with Global Facilitation Lead to minimize order execution risks Ensures pro-active order status updates for aftermarket orders are communicated to customers, channel partners, and commercial teams to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information is being shared with end-users and to manage expectations. Answering incoming phone calls which are shared with GMO customer service team. Proactive communication to customer would include but not limited to order status, invoice listing, and any necessary documentation pertaining to orders. Collaborates with Applications Engineering Leader to ensure order reconciliation and scope are clear at the time of order entry and execution applicable to Aftermarket orders Collaborates frequently with GMO functions, including but not limited to Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly orders are delivered to customer expectations Collaborates with Global Facilitation Lead, Planning, and purchasing to evaluate the need for vendor outsourcing to meet delivery expectations Help to determine the most efficient delivery of required mixer components to ensure on-time delivery during customer breakdown situations. Proactively work with channel partners, application engineers, and others to increase quote conversion for run-rate quotes that have completed Other duties as assigned This is a visible role where you can expect to build relationships with a variety of key contacts, including: Engineering team Sales team Operations team Service and Manufacturing teams About you KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Works independently with minimal guidance. Fluent in German Able to prioritize and multitask in an ever-changing manufacturing and sales-based environment. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written & verbal.
