Arddun Agency is a London-based international wholesale and consulting agency, specialising in womenswear and lifestyle brands.
Launched in December 2019, our agency has grown quickly to look after over 20 brands that are stocked in the best stores globally. We take a merchandising-led approach with the aim of providing the best possible product, thus driving growth and sell-through in an organic way.
We are currently recruiting for a Creative Artwork & Project Manager to join our small but busy in-house creative team. Salary dependent on experience, £28-£30k.
KEY TASKS
1. Ownership of creating and maintaining critical paths for all creative projects from concept through to completion.
2. Working with the creative team to ensure all projects are produced to a high level, assisting with design and concept development as needed.
3. Working collaboratively with the creative team to research and present projects for internal and external review.
4. Responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key clients, collaborators, and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly.
5. Liaise with internal teams to ensure all project updates and timelines are communicated clearly and help deliver high-quality work.
6. Work across different mediums including but not limited to layout design, pitch deck design, artworking for print, and retail design.
7. Ownership of arranging calls and meetings with minute-taking and ensuring all action points are followed up and completed.
8. Working closely with our internal finance department to ensure budgets and both incoming and outgoing payments are being kept track of.
9. Supervising the installation of any retail activations, which will involve working outside of normal office hours.
ABOUT YOU
1. Enjoy keeping up to date with industry insights, trends, and potential collaborators/creative talent.
2. Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work across internal teams and external stakeholders.
3. Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage critical paths, and ensure all assets are delivered on time.
4. Knowledge of Adobe programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
5. Understanding of print methods and designing for print.
6. A curiosity to learn and build your knowledge in creative production, and work with exciting contemporary and lifestyle brands.
7. University educated in a related field.
8. One year of industry experience.
