Do you have previous experience working with children with challenging behaviour, complex needs and/or other SEND? A special school catering to 5-16 year olds in Windsor is recruiting a teaching assistant to work on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30) supporting children across the school as and where needed. Competitive daily rate of pay offered. It is very important that applicants meet the requirements of the role. These are:
1. Prior experience supporting people (children or adults) with challenging behaviour, SEMH, ADHD or complex needs, preferably in a UK setting.
2. Ability to commit to a long-term role.
3. Confidence when it comes to responding to challenging behaviour.
4. Flexibility/willingness to work with primary and secondary age children.
