Role Summary
The Estates & Facilities (EFM) Bank is a diverse group of people who enjoy working across different departments within our Division and we are looking for reliable people to join us. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.

Working for the Bank is not an employed contract but you do need to be registered to work for our service. A lot of our work is allocated on an “as and when” basis and it will depend on your availability and our work flow.

Our busy teams include Domestic Services, Catering Retail, Patient Meal Services, Portering, Linen Services, Logistics, Waste Management, Non-patient Transport (Courier and HGV), and many more.
You will carry out a wide range of support services duties, including both patient contact and non-patient facing duties.
The work is varied and demands initiative and awareness. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
Working hours are varied but usually within 7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday. We also offer nights, weekends and bank holidays, which all need to be covered in order to meet the needs of the departments.
