Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm, Friday, 9am to 12.30pm - these hours can be flexible to work around you, if necessary Salary: £22,912.50 - £24,024.00, pro-rata depending on experience and hours Monthly performance related bonus 28 days holiday, rising to 31 days after probation and rising up to 33 days with length of service - pro rata Christmas shut down Free tea and coffee Free parking Access to a pension scheme Telemarketing Executive Responsibilities: Work on behalf of a number of clients, performing high volume outbound B2B calls and delivering excellent customer service Identify opportunities, generate new business, and qualify leads by building relationships with prospective customers Deliver pitches and propositions that meet customer requirements Undertake fact-finding missions, successfully identifying key contacts and decision makers and making meaningful contact Reconnect with customers to prospect new business and gauge interest Follow up with prospective customers to establish the next steps and book appointments Liaise with customers to gather feedback that will inform future prospecting calls/actions Grow the CRM by adding prospective customers Telemarketing Executive Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an outbound telemarketing or telesales role Thrives working to targets and has a track record of delivering against targets, or even exceeding them Enjoys sales and generating leads Persuasive, enthusiastic, and friendly, able to build rapport on behalf of multiple clients Strong communication skills, both verbal and written as communication with prospects will be via phone and email Happy to work in a small team and get stuck into any project that comes your way Excellent time management and organisation skills, able to switch from one project to another with ease Demonstrates good IT skills, confidence using and updating a CRM systems
