Due to a major overhaul of their Sourcing Hub, this major FTSE 100 firm are searching for a Professional Services / HR Procurement professional to join their growing team. As part of a business transformation, the Professional Services category is in the early stages of a forward-thinking transformation, and as a result this iconic business requires an experienced indirect procurement lead with experience in Professional Services procurement to make their mark upon this multi-billion-dollar business unit.
This Professional Services Procurement role will involve: -
* Lead the category management of the professional services spend area, across sub-categories including but not limited to Finance, Legal, HR & Contingent Labour
* Working closely with c-suite stakeholder groups across your category area, to drive and implement procurement strategies
* Lead the negotiations of £muli-million contract negotiations
* Support and mentor junior members of staff
Applicant Requirements:
* Strong Professional Services procurement category expertise is required
* Strong stakeholder management/communication skills to engage with senior level stakeholders and build / sustain key relationships
* Full MCIPS qualification and degree education is preferable but not a pre-requisite
