About the role We are looking for a proactive individual who is excited to start their career within customer success. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate our products and services, and supporting the wider customer success team. Your role will involve generating and delivering sample data, providing ongoing support, and solving or triaging any technical questions clients may have. You will be instrumental in translating complex data into simple, understandable concepts, ensuring our clients can make the most out of our data. Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop best practices and workflows. Generate bespoke data and map imagery for clients and prospects, or for internal use by the Sales and Marketing teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and products. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions. Skills and Experience: No prior work experience required; we welcome recent graduates or entry-level candidates. Ability and willingness to communicate effectively with customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Curious, problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with programming languages, ideally Python. Experience using GIS technologies, ideally QGIS, and a good understanding of geospatial data formats. A degree in GIS, Geography, or a related field would be advantageous.
