We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Business Support Officer, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £12.38 - £15.48 per hour
Responsibilities:
* To deal promptly and appropriately with all referrals to the team.
* To process basic reports in relation to the function of the team, providing statistical information as required and compile customer satisfaction questionnaires and compliments.
* To input data and use the departments computer client record system, to deal with enquiries and contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of the information stored in the system by adding and updating as appropriate.
* Archive / retrieve / destroy files and maintain accurate records in accordance with council processes and procedures and GDPR legislation.
* To establish and maintain effective administrative systems in respect of the Community Resource Team, maintaining all team ordering equipment correspondence.
* Provide support to meetings and events for the service, including minute taking and booking of meeting rooms as required
Qualification:
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
* Working directly with members of the public/other agency personnel.
* Experience of using IT software with a good knowledge of Microsoft office, including word and excel.

* This role requires an enhanced DBS
