Computer Services & Service Delivery are the backbone of support for ALL colleagues across Next underpinning both the business and Next Technology. They consist of the 1st line central support team’s, Data Access, Service Management, alongside looking after our Centrally managed environments - the lot They also look after some of the lesser known areas of Next Technology such as essential communications, managed print and reprographics. About the role As part of this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our Change Management process, focussing on the analysis of key data in order to identify trends, present conclusions and drive improvements across all levels of the Next Business. Your day-to-day will look like this: • Monitoring and supporting Next Technology’s use of our ITIL-based Change Management process on ServiceNow • Engaging in daily interactions between Next Technology, Kyndryl Strategic Outsourcing (SO) and our other 3rd party stakeholders, specifically as this pertains to Change Management • Analysing and reporting on the quality and success of changes across Next Technology, shining a light on the underlying trends and root causes of change failure • Documenting and tracking agreed actions to drive visible improvements in implementation success rates • Working closely with all other Service Delivery teams to ensure the ServiceNow processes are delivering powerful and valuable data, driving continual improvement across the Technology Department • Being involved in the shaping and running of weekly Change Advisory Board meetings • Planning and coordinating the support of Business Key Events, including Mid-Season and End-of-Season Sales, and Disaster Recovery Tests. About you • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to present data confidently and accurately • Knowledge of ITSM processes/tooling or the ITIL framework • Strong planning skills with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritise workloads • Proven ability to positively influence and negotiate at all levels across the business community • Progressive forward thinker who actively seeks improved or alternative ways of doing things • Enthusiastic team player with the confidence to challenge when necessary and the willingness to recognise the skills and needs of others • Ability to provide coaching and build collaborative relationships across the Technology department • Good awareness of Next as a business, and some knowledge of Kyndryl Mainframe and Midrange environments would be advantageous You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office on a hybrid basis each week.
