The CWA (Civil Works Alliance) is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our ESG & Strategy team at St Martin’s Court. This is your opportunity to contribute to the Sizewell C project – a major 3.2-gigawatt power station that will generate low-carbon electricity for approximately 6 million homes, playing a crucial role in the UK’s sustainable energy future. In this role, you will assist the Senior Project Manager in delivering the CWA One project, specifically supporting the implementation of our Integrated Management System (IMS). Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, project administration, workshop preparation, and helping to track and manage project risks, costs, and timelines. You will also assist in driving key people change initiatives as part of the project, helping to engage staff and ensure smooth transitions. What we’re looking for: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Experience within Project Management Strong organisational and communication skills Experience with stakeholder management and supporting project delivery Ability to work effectively within a large corporate environment Desirable: Experience with Integrated Management Systems, or in Construction and Strategy sectors This role offers you the chance to grow professionally while supporting one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects.
