Start your career in the motorcycle industry with a leading brand. We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused individual to join our team as an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to deliver an exceptional experience throughout their service journey. You’ll manage bookings, follow up on enquiries, and support parts operations – all while learning and developing in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities
As a Motorrad Apprentice Aftersales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while maximising sales and efficiency. Your responsibilities include managing customer enquiries, converting them into bookings, and ensuring a seamless service experience by accurately recording vehicle information and following up on customer needs. You will also support parts operations by handling orders, advising on additional requirements, and maintaining stock control.
What are the details of the apprenticeship?
Most of your apprenticeship will be on-the job training based at our centre with a mentor to oversee your work-based learning. A BMW representative will also visit you usually on a 12 weekly basis to set performance targets and ensure any development needs are being met.
The classroom sessions will be offsite and delivered at the BMW Group Training Academy based in Reading, Berkshire. You will also receive the added benefit of Functional Skills support during their programme if required.
On successful completion of the Advanced Apprenticeship, the qualifications attained will be:
* IMIAL Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
* IMIAL Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
Following on from completion of the apprenticeship, you will have a fantastic foundation to continue your career within the automotive industry.
