Driver Hire Inverness are looking to appoint a Payroll Administrator within our Inverness office for a 12 month maternity cover. Job Title - Payroll Administrator Location – Inverness Approx start date – Immediate Hours – 20 per week (0830 – 1700 Mon Tues and 0830 – 1330 Wed) Salary - £13.73 per hour Duties include but are not limited to – Payroll processing for weekly and monthly payroll Accurate data inputting onto various systems Liaising with clients and candidates Weekly invoicing Dealing with payroll queries BACS payments Maintaining employee records Issuing P60 and P45s The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as good organisational and time management skills. Previous payroll experience is advantageous but not essential.
