The Role You’ll be joining a highly respected and growing specialist team, managing a portfolio of clients within the care and social welfare space. Day to day, you’ll handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries, working alongside Account Executives to ensure outstanding client service. What We’re Looking For:
Commercial insurance experience (care sector experience beneficial but not essential)
Strong communication and client servicing skills
Confidence with renewals, MTAs, and policy handling
