Job Description
A highly prestigious, global proprietary trading firm, with an expanding satellite office in London, are looking to hire a ‘graduate analyst’ into its European HR function.
Supporting a small team of experienced HR professionals, the newly created hire will ‘take weight’ off HRBP’s, in a role with a broad remit. Core to the role is handling administration around CV processing for graduate & intern talent + management / scheduling of interviews for more experienced hires. The role extends to working on a variety of projects for HRBP’s, often focused on recruitment strategy / initiatives or process improvements. The hire will also be trained to take on onboarding responsibilities for new London hires.
The firm offer a positive, vibrant, yet relaxed office environment – there is no dress code, fully subsidised food, breakout areas etc. Their London office has rock-bottom staff attrition.
Candidates should have a 2:1 / first class degree from a leading university and roughly 6-24 months experience in a HR admin / support role, or in a talent / recruitment function, ideally in the FS space but there is flexibility.
The role will pay a £40-50k base salary. A strong performer can earn a large % of this number as a bonus, making this a very well paid role for a recent graduate.
