You will be providing administration support for two sales teams: Processing all invoices for new purchases, ensuring all information is in-line with various brand specifications Invoicing all legislative requirements for the purchases Raising invoices for demonstration products Answering any overflow customer calls from main enquiry line, and assisting or transferring to other departments All administration duties related to the role, as well as providing administration support to Accounts department as and when required We would expect te successful Sales Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be an excellent communicator nd have a friendly confident telephone manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator or a Sales Support position.
