Ignition Driver Recruitment is actively seeking qualified Class 1 Drivers in Birmingham, to work for one of the UK's leadingsupermarket chains, working on night shifts.
* Earn up to £43.76p/h
* Guaranteed 8 hours paid (working certain days)

Before you apply for this role, you must be able to answerYESto all the questions below:
1. Do you havea full UK HGV Class 1 Driving Licence?
2. Do you have3 months commercial driving experience?
3. Do you have an in-date DCPC and Digi Tacho Card?
You will be asked to complete a full Drug & Alcohol test and also a driving assessment.

Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, butno DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.

Responsibilities & Duties for HGV Class 1Drivers:
* Driving a Class 1vehicle
* Delivering chilled & ambient goods to stores throughoutBirmingham
* Cage & Pallet work (you will need to pull the cages & pallets onto the tail lift and the store will take them off for you)
* Routine vehicle checks pre and post-shift

TheShift times & working hours of an HGV Class 1 Driver:
1. Different start times (24-houroperation)
2. Thursday to Monday
