HR Manager ( HRM ) Responsibilities Business Partner with stakeholders and lead on HR support, ER advice, and guidance on conduct and performance issues Be the first point of call for employees, providing them with training and development information, career opportunities and employee wellbeing. Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures Manage the recruitment process including, liaising with departments to develop job descriptions, supporting the interview process and inducting new employees. Foster a positive culture and address employee concerns in a timely manner. Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees Ensure compliance with Employment Laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice Manage our HRIS system Prepare and analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making Produce HR Report and dashboard for board meetings Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues Prepare and issue appropriate letters such as offer letters, changes to contracts including salary changes, invitation to meetings and references.
