Technical and Integrations Manager We're looking for Technical and Integrations Manager to join our Severn Trent design team based in Wanlip, Leicestershire. Location: Wanlip, Leicestershire Hours : 45 hours per week What will you be responsible for? As a Technical and Integrations Manager you'll be working within the Severn Trent design team, being responsible for ensure technically complaint, cost effect, and carbon and water considerate solutions are developed in the pre-construction phase. Your day to day will include: Setting the expected standards of behaviour and deliverables for a successful Kier project. They will performance manage the team on time, cost, quality and health and safety; including agreeing and monitoring targets and provides feedback. Demonstrate the Kier values and communicate the established ways of how Kier delivers projects [collaborative, trusted, focused (specifically project focus and focus on health and safety)]. They will work as part of a team and challenge and fosters these behaviours in all members of their own team. They are responsible for communicating key business messages and with team meetings, standdowns, workshops. What are we looking for? This role of Technical and Integrations Manager is great for you if: Holda degree level engineering qualification. Hold CSCS accreditation or agree to obtain this during their employment. A full UK driving licence. Proficient skills in the standard Microsoft office suite. Experience of controlling design production and an ability drive high standards of digital delivery, consistently through the supply chain.
