What we ask Provides pre-sales technical expertise to the CGS (Canon Global Services)/NSO (National Sales Organisation) sales teams and customers during the International/Global sales process for Enterprise level customers. Collaborates with Global Account Directors and NSO sales teams to develop a sales strategy for recommended solutions and services to meet enterprise customers' requirements. Lead the technical workstream and act as the SPOC for bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the CGS sales process. Identifies additional sales opportunities, innovative and continual improvement for existing Global Enterprise customers. Leads and manages the installation and demonstration of the organization's products at customer sites during the Sales process. Assists CGS customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's solutions and/or services Maintains an up-to-date and comprehensive Industry knowledge of Global Enterprise level architecture, security and solution design practices. Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of the organization's and competitors' solutions and/or services. Designs and documents Global enterprise customers technical solutions requirements and analyse in line with Canon’s services and solutions portfolio. Creates Technical documentation required to gain customer approval from Global Enterprise Security and IT departments. Delivers (chargeable) Professional Services to assigned Global Enterprise customers within the Discovery and Design Services Portfolio as well as ad-hoc projects. Responsible for documenting Solutions costs according to guidelines and charges to deliver market value to the client and maximum value to Canon. Responsible for supporting and enabling a smooth handover of technical design to solutions implementation and support teams within the NSOs and other global regions. Drives development of best practices, capabilities and knowledge sharing with the EMEA Solution Consultants community and with other global regions. Manages and mentors Solutions Consultant resources in the NSO teams. You will need Proven capability to lead teams both internally and externally to deliver complex global enterprise and international technical projects. (Programme Management experience an advantage). Proven expertise in leading and delivering technical projects to global Fortune 500 clients. Successful design of complex software/hardware technology solutions in the Cloud and On-Premise printing environment. Confident and competent communicator with senior IT client representatives. Presentation skills and experience presenting complex project to C Level. Experience engaging with C Level and Senior IT / Security representative. Extensive knowledge of Canon software product technologies - Information Management and Output Management as well as industry standard software technologies. Project Management skills (preferably in global projects). Specific specialist knowledge areas - MPS/Office OM solutions, WFP Graphic Art, WFP Reprographic, Production Print, ERP Integration, Document Management, (Business Process oriented solutions an advantage). Proven expertise in cybersecurity standards and frameworks, with experience in assessing and implementing secure solutions for enterprise-level architecture and services.
