Job Overview
This highly process-oriented role will see you working closely with the Service Delivery team to establish robust governance frameworks, ensuring high-quality control and transparency across all aspects of our operations.
You will have a strong understanding of how to engage effectively with other areas of the business, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement processes to drive efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain QA governance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Develop and implement effective engagement strategies to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder inquiries related to the Test & QA Centre of Excellence.
* Analyze and report progress against Quality KPIs, forecasting trends to inform strategic decision-making.
* Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with management teams across the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience in establishing enterprise-wide test and QA governance frameworks in a regulated environment.
* Proven ability to manage resource demand, capacity, and utilization in a transformational environment.
* Experience in technology risk management and control, including compliance and audit processes.
* Strong track record of working with senior internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives.
