Personal Assistant to the Bishop of Richborough (part-time)
We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Bishop of Richborough, Commissary of the Archbishop of Canterbury across the Eastern Dioceses of the Province of Canterbury, including the Diocese of Gibraltar in Europe.
What you'll be doing
The purpose of this role is to give vital support to the Bishop in the exercise of his complex and wide-ranging ministry, managing all aspects of the Bishop's office, including:
* providing administrative and secretarial support
* managing the Bishop's expense account
* building and maintaining effective collaborative relationships
* creating, developing and maintaining Access databases
* arranging events such as Confirmations, Ordinations and Licensings.

* Organised, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach

* A salary of £10,390.97 (FTE £30,307) per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.

This role is for 12 hours per week. We try to be as flexible as we can in your work pattern to support you with other commitments, and to give a good work-life balance.
A basic level DBS check is required for this role.
