Role: Customer Aftersales Support Specialist
Location: Birmingham
Hours of work: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
The Role:
We’re seeking a customer-focused support specialist for our cleint who is a leading UK manufacturer of premium bathroom brassware to handle post-sale queries, technical issues, and warranty claims. You’ll also help test products, investigate quality concerns, and support continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Resolve customer issues and provide product support
Manage returns, warranties, and delivery queries
Test new products and report findings
Help improve processes and support internal teamsWhat You’ll Bring:
