Key Responsibilities: Generate property viewings and carry out valuations. List properties on the market and manage sales processes. Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional and respectful manner. Follow up on viewings and generate leads to help the office achieve its targets. Manage own diary efficiently and work with self-motivation and strong organizational skills. Requirements & Skills: Minimum 1 year's experience valuing Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills. Team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Full UK driving licence required.
