Temporary Receptionist Hourly Rate: £11.44 - £13.00 Location: Kingsbridge Job Type: Temporary (initially for 1 month with potential extension) We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join our team in Kingsbridge. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, friendly, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment. Day-to-day of the role: Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. Preparing meeting and training rooms. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good time management skills. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
