Luxury Jewellery company is seeking a French-speaking Events/Marketing Coordinator based from their flagship store in Mayfair. Paying circa £30-35k.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with our Press agency for all press-related requests and photoshoots.
2. Help arrange press events in the office.
3. Create in-house magazine advertisements.
4. Liaise for product photoshoots for new items.
5. Create bespoke boxes and pouches for all newly produced jewels.
6. Ad hoc creation of new merchandising.
7. Design new showcases and trays.
8. Implement new sales elements.
9. Arrange and keep track of all jewellery certificates.
10. Manage client mailing lists per country and send-outs.
11. Lead events projects such as PAD London and other jewellery shows.
12. Organise pop-up events in London, Istanbul, New York, Palm Beach, etc.
13. Keep track of items in storage.
14. Provide daily support to the Founder and back office.

1. Highly organised.

3. Ability to manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Good motivational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
7. An extremely proactive and positive manner.
8. A strong work ethic.
9. Excellent skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint.
10. Fluent in French.
